FracJet-Volga completed its first coiled tubing operations in 2011. It was one of the most challenging fields in the world with a high concentration of hydrogen sulfide – Astrakhan Gas Condensate Field. An effective combination of top expertise and leading edge technologies enabled us to hit the mark and successfully perform all the jobs thus securing further contracts to work in the field.

Today, FracJet-Volga makes the TOP 3 coiled tubing companies in the CIS. TEK-Rating named FJV ‘The Best CT Company’ in 2014, 2018, 2020 and 2022.

In 2022, we were the first in Russia to implement a coiled tubing drilling (CTD) project with 2-7/8” OD coiled tubes and entirely made-in-Russia equipment. It demonstrated the efficiency of our technologies and the ability to tackle the most ambitious challenges.
