The tool is designed to deliver the load in horizontal laterals, for instance, in conjunction with the shifting tool.

A compact model has been designed to be run in extended horizontal laterals. The tractor is deployed in the 4-1/2” liner and controlled from the wellhead by the operator.

The velocity string technology is employed to unload gas wells from the liquids accumulating on the bottomhole and impairing the gas production. The system incorporates downhole equipment and a wellhead autonomous mobile control station.

For its CTD project, the company has designed and manufactured all well intervention equipment and technologies required to drill on the 2-5/8” and 2-7/8” coiled tubing in the 4-3/4” open hole – from the circulation to the wellhead systems. The project was successfully completed in 2022.

This unmatched downhole equipment ensures efficient treatments of multilateral wells. It allows the operator to enter different horizontal laterals while monitoring the process with a survey tool. The field trials have been successfully completed in a number of Russian fields with various downhole conditions.

The jet pump is designed to be deployed on a coiled tubing string in wells featuring abnormal low formation pressure. It is used in conjunction with an anchor to build the underbalanced condition. There is a variety of pump sizes for the 2−3/8", 2−7/8" and 3−½" tubing OD. Larger sizes are also available to be run in the 4−½" and 6−5/8" tubing. Field trials have been completed successfully at the Orenburg Oil and Gas Condensate field for Gazprom dobycha Orenburg.

FJV manufactures the majority of the well intervention equipment for all its coiled tubing operations. Some examples include tailor-made fishing tools designed and made for complex fishing jobs.

The shifting tool has been developed to open and close frac ports. It is manufactured in a variety of sizes to be run in 4-1/2”, 6-5/8” and 7.0” production strings and liners.

The technology was developed and implemented by FJV in 2011, and is widely used today at the Astrakhan and Orenburg Gas Condensate fields with a total of 70 wells drilled so far.

Concentric coiled tubes are used to perform cleanouts in wells with abnormally low formation pressure. FracJet has developed well vacuuming BHAs with a jet pump to clean the sand out of wellbores.
